Department of Social Protection

Northside CIS holds the full range of Social Protection  leaflets and application forms. There are a large number of different social welfare payments including Back to Education Allowance, Carers Allowance, Invalidity Pension , Family Income Supplement and Back to School Clothing and Footwear Allowance.

We offer advice on the appropriate Social Welfare payment and give information as to how to go about applying for a payment. We can help people fill in forms and contact social welfare on their behalf. We also assist people who are having difficulty with an application for a particular Social Welfare payment and can liase with Social Welfare personnel to investigate problems with applications.
