Health

We provide information on a wide variety of health issues, including information about medical cards, Health Board services, Home Helps, Fair Deal Nursing Home scheme and Community Welfare services. Typical queries include medical card income guidelines and health board payments such as Supplementary Welfare Allowance , Rent Allowance and Mortgage Interest Relief.

We liase with local health centres and the Health Board on behalf of clients who may be having difficulty in accessing a particular service or receiving particular payments.

You can also pick up Health Board application forms such as European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)  or Medical Card forms at our Centre. From July 2011 all completed medical card application forms MUST be posted to Client Regisration Unit , PO Box 11745, Finglas, Dublin 11.
